Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any details you include in your message (such as event location, date, age range, and budget). If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics (Plausible and Rybbit) to understand which pages are popular. These tools measure visits in aggregate and do not build personal profiles or track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and plan the events you ask about.
• Send you details and updates related to a booking you started with us.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and workshops.
• Protect against spam and abuse of our contact form.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for unrelated marketing.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare hosts our website and provides the Turnstile check that protects our contact form from bots.
• Ticketing platforms (such as Eventbrite) handle registration and payment when you sign up for a public workshop. Your registration is governed by that platform's own privacy policy.
• When you submit the contact form, the details are delivered to our team so we can follow up with you.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of 904 Crafty Co, our attendees, or others. Some of our service providers may process limited data on servers outside your state or country, and we rely on those providers' own safeguards.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless by design. Third-party tools you interact with (such as Cloudflare Turnstile or Eventbrite) may set their own cookies as described in their respective policies. Because our analytics are cookieless and do not track you across sites, Do Not Track signals do not change what we collect.

We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of our events, typically no longer than 3 years after our last contact with you unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us at hello@904crafty.co. You can also opt out of any follow-up emails by letting us know.

Our website and booking process are intended for adults, and any registration or information is provided by a parent or guardian, not by the child. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Many of our workshops welcome kids, and our kid-focused crafts (ages 3 to 12) require a parent or guardian to be present. We do not photograph or record our kid-focused sessions. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to other places, including our Instagram and ticketing listings (such as Eventbrite) for individual workshops. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please review their policies when you visit them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here.
