Terms of Service

904 Crafty Co offers hands-on DIY craft workshops, private parties, and creative experiences. We host public community events and bring mobile crafting to private gatherings such as bachelorette parties, baby showers, birthdays, and team-building sessions.

Tickets for public workshops are sold through third-party ticketing platforms, such as Eventbrite. When you register, you also agree to that platform's terms and policies, and your payment is processed by the platform, not by us. A spot is confirmed only once your registration and payment are complete. Seats are limited and offered on a first-come basis.

Submitting our contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will follow up to confirm availability, details, and pricing. A private event is only confirmed once we have agreed on the details with you in writing and any required deposit has been arranged.

We do not offer refunds. If you reach out at least 24 hours before an event, we are happy to provide a credit toward a future event. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. To make arrangements, email us at hello@904crafty.co.

On rare occasions we may need to reschedule or cancel an event (for example, due to weather, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control). If we cancel an event outright, we will offer you a credit or a refund of amounts paid for that event.

Our events are for all ages and we want everyone to feel welcome. We ask that you come with an open mind, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to help create an inclusive space. Please follow the guidance of our hosts and use materials and tools as instructed. We may ask anyone who is disruptive or unsafe to leave an event without a refund.

Children are welcome at many of our crafts. Our kid-focused sessions (ages 3 to 12) require a parent or guardian to be present and responsible for the child throughout the event.

Craft activities can involve scissors, glue, paint, small parts, and other materials. You take part in our workshops voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety and that of any minors in your care. Please let us know in advance about allergies or other needs so we can help where we can.

For some events, particularly those involving children, we may ask you to sign a separate waiver and release before taking part. Where a signed waiver and these Terms differ, the signed waiver controls for that event.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ANI Concepts LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our events. Our total liability for any claim arising from an event will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for that event or USD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANI Concepts LLC and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your conduct at an event, your breach of these Terms, or the conduct of any guest or minor in your care.

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and project designs, belongs to ANI Concepts LLC or our partners and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission. We may take photos or video at our general workshops and events for promotional use, and we do not photograph or record our kid-focused sessions. If you would prefer not to appear in photos or video, let a host know before the event.

Our site relies on and links to third-party services, including ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite and our Instagram page. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of these third parties, and their own terms apply when you use them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our site or events after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms or relating to our events will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with any signed waiver or written booking agreement, are the entire agreement between us. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, illness, venue closures, or emergencies. We may transfer these Terms in connection with a sale or transfer of our business; you may not transfer your obligations without our consent.

By contacting or booking with us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically. We do not currently send marketing emails; any promotional email we send in the future will include a way to unsubscribe, which we will honor promptly. Messages about a booking you started with us are not promotional.
